Angie Pinto received her Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University. She then completed her Master of Medical Science with honors in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University.

Ms. Pinto is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with the State of Florida. She assists Dr. Dixon in Interventional Cardiology and Peripheral Vascular Disease.

Angie’s favorite part of her job is watching patients become the best version of themselves. Often, a heart attack or other cardiac event is the catalyst for life change for the better. For her, getting to be a small part of the process is very rewarding.

When she’s not at work she likes to spend time with her family, travel, garden, and cook. She’s a mom to two wonderful boys and a chicken mom to 10 hens. Fun fact: Angie recently started brewing her own wine, which has been a fun hobby for her.
