Dr. Katopodis graduated a Doctor of Medicine from New York University School of Medicine in New York, New York. He completed a Straight Medical Internship as well as a Residency program in Internal Medicine at University Hospitals of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He then completed a Fellowship in Cardiology at Shands Hospital, University of Florida School of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida, and another Cardiology Fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida.
