Hours of Operation

 A business office representative is available during Business Office hours. The Patient Representative will be happy to personally answer your questions about your physician, your medical bill and your insurance.  The Patient Representative can be reached by calling (850) 216-0190.

After Hours On-Call Physician

 The SMG on-call physician is always available after business hours, during weekends and on holidays to discuss urgent situations. Call (850)216-0100 for after hours call information. Once a call is received by the operator, a doctor will be contacted to return your call as soon as possible.

 The physicians in the group rotate on-call responsibility. Please be ready to clearly explain the patient's situation and any pertinent health history. The on-call physician may not be your regular physician.
